I welcome you with love and acceptance if you feel stuck, unwell, wish to change or grow, or simply want to share your struggles and difficulties with a professional.
My approach is a holistic one believing that physical, mental, social, and environmental factors in a person’s life are inseparable. To provide comprehensive support in our work together, I combine the teachings of modern Western sciences and traditional Eastern cultures. I apply their tools in an integrated and personalised way. These include methods from positive psychology and health psychology, psychodynamic and person-centered approaches, cognitive and behavioural elements, relaxation and imagination techniques (integrative hypnotherapy – KIP, NLP, ego-state therapy), mindfulness, yoga practices, and various philosophical perspectives.
During the sessions, I strive to be present with clear attention, true empathy, and authenticity. My aim is to create a safe, accepting, and confidential space where you can unfold and truly be yourself.
I believe that if you have the motivation to change, we can work together effectively. Sometimes, the real question is not whether we know what to do, but whether we dare to take steps towards change and have the emotional support to do so.
I currently hold individual consultations online via Google Meet .
50 minutes/session, flexible scheduling and pricing upon agreement.
Coming to me does not mean commitment. The first one or two sessions are introductory, where we assess the issues and problems you come with and to get a feel for whether we can work together. This gives you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with me and whether we have the so-called chemistry, while I explore whether I can professionally help you or if your needs fall outside my area of expertise.
At the first meeting, we will discuss the framework of our collaboration in detail, and I will send you a short summary of it.
It’s important that you can ask questions at any time and express any discomfort honestly. I believe this is essential for you to feel safe and open up.
